Dianne Shaddock

Dianne Shaddock is a Massachusetts resident and self described "HR Nerd". She loves all things HR and has helped managers navigate through the "tricky" waters of employee management at several large organizations and through small business consulting in the Northeast for over 20 years.

Dianne's first book, "How To Supervise: What Your Boss Never Told You Before You Took the Job" is an easy to read "how to" guide written for both the new and seasoned supervisor. Dianne has a popular HR blog, Easy Small Business HR.com, and shares her sage employee management advice on iTunes through the podcast, "Employee Hiring and Managing Tips".

She just completed the hiring guide: "Quick Fix HR: How To Find and Hire The Best Employees A Step-By-Step Employee Hiring Guide", available on Amazon and is currently working on a book of tips for job seekers.
