Pam Boyd is an international consultant and author of The Essential Handbook for First-Time Managers and Supervisors and The Miracle I Almost Missed. She has written three screenplays, self-produced one of them, and spends her spare time plotting ways to help people create better lives for themselves. She lives in Addison, Texas.
