Thomas Joseph Yagos

Tom Yagos is the founder of Yagos & Associates, a strategic consulting practice that focuses on change management initiatives to build relationships in the workplace based on high trust. Only when the legacy of “fear” based behaviors are removed from the workplace are trusting relationships formed with employees. With over 30 years of senior management experience Tom shares his visionary thinking to help organizations meet the challenges and demands for inspiring the workforce. He is a coach, facilitator, speaker, writer, and affiliate faculty at Regis University in the School of Management where he teaches leadership. His life-long vision is to transform the workplace to be free of fear so relationships can be experienced with acceptance, enjoyment, and trust; the final frontier for organizational effectiveness.
