From the time Ms. Rohan could put pencil to paper, she began escaping the Realworld through drawings and stories.
As a teenager her creative energy turned to music and she began a part-time career as a singer-songwriter. As an adult she returned to school part-time and eventually earned an Honors Degree in English Literature.
Ms. Rohan's middle-grade fantasy series, "The Weaverworld Trilogy" began as the germ of an idea in 2003, but it was nine years before the first book, "Weaverworld: Grimsnipe’s Revenge" was in print. It was followed by "Quest for the Eagle-eye Amulet" in 2014 and by "The Timekeeper's Solution" in 2016.
Currently, Ms. Rohan is at work on a Weaverworld Steampunk series set in the Victorian era. Geared toward adults, it will be part historical fiction, part futuristic mystery and pure fantasy. Ms. Rohan’s motto is: “Where there’s a will, there’s a way”.
