He is the author of the nonfiction books Modern American Snipers: From The Legend to The Reaper -- on the Battlefield with Special Operations Snipers, Shaping the World from the Shadows: The (Open) Secret History of Delta Force, Post-9/11, and Beyond Neptune Spear: The (Open) Secret History of SEAL Team Six, Post-9/11, along with the episodic military science fiction series Engines of Extinction.

He is the co-author of Jason Delgado's upcoming autobiography, Bounty Hunter 4/3: From Combat as a Marine Scout Sniper to MARSOC's First Lead Sniper Instructor.
