Brad Simkins

Brad Simkins is a Licensed Counselor, Family Therapist and Coach. He has more than 30 years, helping children and families achieve wonderful healing and growth. Brad has been a Family Therapist, Executive Director of three nonprofit agencies, Licensed MH Counselor, Professional (Foster) Parent for 23 years, Advocate and Healer. Brad completed a Masters Degree in Psychology, with emphasis in Child, Couple and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling, and Licensed LMHCA. Brad has thirty-three years in the service, specializing in working with youth and families. He has founded and directed three non-profit agencies: An advocacy program for adults with learning disabilities, a therapeutic horse ranch for at-risk youth and a homeless youth resource center and transition home for street kids. Brad is the proud parent of three biological children, one adopted son, and dozens of "children-of-the-heart. " He was also a Foster parent for 23 years, specializing in high- risk, special-needs youth. His awards include ARC Professional Parent of the Year, 1992, Utah chapter and the "Book of Golden Deeds" Award.
