Deborah Vines

Deborah Vines (www.deborahvines.com), an award-winning filmmaker and playwright, has been involved in theater and film as a writer, actor, director, and producer for several years.

She has written 9 screenplays, with 2 development deals under her belt; 2 TV pilots, one of which is currently being pitched.

Her numerous plays, which include one musical (www.lovethat4letterword.com), have been produced in various venues throughout the U.S., including in Boston, NYC, and L.A.

Vines has also worked as a journalist and recently finished a book comprised of 1 novel and 2 novellas (3x—Jane, Norton and John).

Vines holds an MS in counseling psychology and is a member of AFTRA/SAG, ASCAP, the Dramatist’s Guild, NYWFT, and the Woodstock Fringe Playwrights Unit NYC.
