My latest book will be available July 17, 2026, in paperback and Kindle formats. Soon thereafter, it will be available as an audiobook. It's intended to be a humorous life story, but may be nothing more than a mildly entertaining and frequently boring story of my life from birth to the present. A project I wrote more for the fun of it than for any other reason, it's titled "The Practically Unimpressive Life of Tom: An autobiography".

My other available books include:

"The Simple Religion: Modern Spiritualism" takes a rather brief look at religion through the ages, describes the complexity of the world’s largest religion, i.e., Christianity, and provides an overview of Modern Spiritualism and what it offers. Since it’s about a simple religion, this is a fairly short book.

"Modern Spiritualism Confirmed by the Holy Bible (Yet Rejected by Christianity)" reviews numerous events involving various spiritual phenomena recognized by Modern Spiritualism and recorded in the Bible. Common teachings of Spiritualism and Christianity are discussed as well as a few conflicting ones. Biblical verses are quoted to support certain teachings found in Spiritualism that Christianity doesn’t agree with. Scriptures used by the Church to condemn Spiritualism are reviewed for accuracy of interpretation and evidence is presented to show how the scripture has been rewritten within the last half-century to conform to Christianity’s teaching against Modern Spiritualism.

"The Letters in Red: Simplifying the Christian Life" looks directly at the recorded words of Jesus. Looking at the four canonical Gospels, Matthew, Mark, Luke, and John, the earthly ministry of Jesus is reviewed to find what Jesus requires of a Christian. His teaching was simple and straightforward, much easier to understand and follow than the complex orthodoxy of mainstream Christianity. The book contains a chapter on each of the Gospels, a comparison of the four Gospels, a look at the essential doctrines of Christianity, and chapters that define Christianity according to Jesus, what a Christian is, what sin is, and our worthiness of God's love. If you're a Christian who wants to learn Jesus's way, not the complex orthodoxy of mainstream Christianity, the answers are in "The Letters in Red". As Jesus taught, his yoke is easy and his burden is light.

"Swinging With the Spirits" explores the use of a dowsing pendulum for communication with the Spirit World, offering suggestions and instructions for selecting and using a pendulum, and even sharing many of the answers I have received from my own Loved Ones In Spirit, or "LOIS", as I call them. After a concise introduction to the use of a pendulum for spirit communication, "Swinging With the Spirits" goes on to explore answers from beyond on topics such as angels, the Spirit World, karma, reincarnation, God, and more. With this book and a pendulum of your own, you too will soon be "swinging with the spirits."

"Real Spiritualism" is subtitled, "From the Misled Views of Mainstream Christianity to the Truth About Spiritualism". The subtitle is a good summation of the book's content. This book goes much further into Spiritualism than does my previous book, "The Way and the Spirit". It addresses misinterpretations of biblical verses, points out manipulated verbiage in modern Bible versions, and explains in greater detail what Modern Spiritualism is, believes, practices, and teaches. In "Real Spiritualism", I share what I've learned on the subject from attending a variety of Spiritualist churches in the USA and England and after completing an in-depth course on Modern Spiritualism through the educational auxiliary of the National Spiritualist Association of Churches (NSAC), the Morris Pratt Institute. This book is for those who are willing to "think outside the Church".

"The Way and the Spirit" is about my discovery of the truth in Spiritualism. Though I was taught by the Protestant Christian churches I attended throughout my lifetime that contact with the Spirit World is "of the Devil", I've discovered that belief and teaching is incorrect. An unexpected experience that occurred a few years ago along with my subsequent visits to Spiritualist churches in England and America have changed my beliefs about spirit communication and have proven to me that there is continuation of life after our physical life ends and that communication with passed loved ones, in my case through mediums, is possible and is real.

"to BE SAFE, YOU should ASSess your safety culture" is a humorous and fairly brief look at several topics to consider when assessing a workplace safety culture. It's written for both blue-collar and white-collar workers. From 1982 to 2012 I worked in industrial plants - oil refining plants and cogeneration power plants. My safety book was written following an on-the-job incident in 2011 that injured me. It also contains the story of that incident and several very funny illustrations created by my oldest son, Justin.

"The Ups and Downs of Love" is a collection of forty five love poems, originally song lyrics, that I wrote beginning in my mid-teens continuing through to the mid-1990's. The poems are separated into two parts in the book, "The Ups" and "The Downs".

"A Christian Journey" contains the lyrics to over thirty religious songs that I've written. From 1970 to 1982, I often sang at churches many times singing my own songs. They were well received back then so I published them as a book of Christian poems.

"Random Thoughts of a Medicated Mind" is a compilation of original thoughts, observations, stories, and other things intended to be humorous and interesting. This book was written during my extended "medicated period" following the incident which prompted my first book.

Each book is available in audiobook, paperback, and Kindle formats.

Thanks very much for your interest in my books.
