Jerry Carpenter

Jerry Carpenter (1955-present) published his first novel, 'Taonga - Treasure Beneath' in May 2011.

Since then, he has published the very popular, 'The Chronicles of Tarcus' fantasy trilogy: 'The Sword in the Sea'(June 2012), 'Ravian's Quest' (November 2012) and 'A Recall to Arms' (March 2013).

In 2019, he published 'Ravian's Spawn', a sequel to the 'Chronicles of Tarcus' trilogy and, quite possibly, the beginning of a whole new series.

In 2024, he published 'The Missionary, the Cannibal and the King', the culmination of 5 years' research into New Zealand history in the early 1800s.

Jerry lives with his wife, Winnie, in Mangawhai Heads, New Zealand. When he is not writing novels, surfing, diving or fishing, he enjoys composing, playing and recording music.
