Davis Horner

Davis Horner (author) has been a freelance writer for many years: as a staff features writer for The Edge, Creative Loafing, The Point, the Travelers Rest Monitor, and other publications. He has published poetry and short stories in regional and national literary journals.

He has had many other jobs as well, but never a career. He was a professional musician for 19 years and still does an occasional gig with one of his two bands. Musically they produced a cassette and 2 CDs.

The obscure labor of writing takes place in Greenville SC, and with each new book title another item gets crossed off of the proverbial Bucket List. The Palmetto, Part Two will come out sometime in 2015. Thereafter he has two more books planned.
