Tom Hopper

Tom Hopper is a 92 year old WWII veteran who was a pioneer in Information Technology. He worked with IBM, AT&T and the US Chamber of Congress in improving Interntional Trade, a speaker at the original Word Trade Center. After the Iraq debacle and the 2008 meltdown he did an analysis of government identifying the causes of failure and made receommended (fixes), hence his book USGOV.FIX. This book is a wake up call to citizens concerned with the decline of the United States of America. It identifies in no uncertain terms the governmental failure from the Constitution to today.

His new book USGOV.REBUILD builds upon the original analysis and describes specific FIXES for the institutional government and the economy. An extremely challenging concept on both issues.
