Ryan Bloom

Ryan Alexander Bloom holds a bachelor's degree in percussion from the University of Colorado at Boulder and is a working professional drum teacher and drum line instructor in New Mexico. Ryan has played the drums since 1996 and is an educational artist endorser of Vater Percussion. He spent time signed to Candlelight Records as a member of Havok and signed to Redefining Darkness Records as a member of Bloodstrike. Ryan's original books are published by Hudson Music, Mel Bay, and Ruffe Dragg Press and he also has translated, transcribed, or reissued a number of public domain works that are either out of print or otherwise unavailable for modern English-speaking drummers.
