David Hey

David Hey leads groups and seminars on Codependency, Meditation, Essence and the Enneagram. He worked extensively with the psychiatrist Thomas Trobe (Krishnananda) in Codependency and couples work. For several years, he was the leader of the Codependency groups at Osho Multiversity in Pune, India. David was also a teacher in the Essence work of the Diamond Logos for many years.

David is the author of The 9 Dimensions of the Soul: Essence and the Enneagram, the first book to explore the personality types of the Enneagram through the different qualities of Essence. His most recent book is Travels in Consciousness. The book addresses our personal and collective need to achieve higher levels of consciousness, and how that goal can be accomplished.

His personal search has led him to live in many different countries and to meet several spiritual masters, including Osho, Poonjaji, Ramesh Balsakar, Lama Yeshe and Lama Zopa. David’s work is motivated by the desire to increase our level of awareness, both psychological and spiritual. His seminars are focused on gaining freedom from limiting behaviors and beliefs, while strengthening the inherent resources of our personality.
