Michell Smith is a dynamic motivational speaker and leadership consultant. She opened her first sales company at the age of 22 and proceeded to build and run the largest "for hire" direct sales network across Canada for over a decade.

Today she teaches "Entrepreneurial Thinking", "The Success Secrets" and "Purposeful Leadership" to audiences across North America through keynotes, seminars, workshops and private coaching sessions.
