Having graduated from BU with a BA in psychology, I used my collegiate achievement to analyze why I first became a one-man building demolition "business". Sensing therein a death-wish dimension/dementian,I quit while ahead.
I next went into building things. I designed, created, and quite often single-handedly constructed medieval, nautical, early American (etc.) commercial decors, residential playrooms -- also built decks, additions, etc. Often carved stone and other architectural antique pieces were incorporated in the decors -- and I created curved stairs and cantilevered surfaces in the decks and additions.
Such creativity was fulfilling and not life-threatening.
But subliminally since childhood, with vivid glimpses as a goal all along , I'd wanted something else. And my psych degree has enabled me to fully analyze why. So thirty or so years ago, I "retired" and embarked on a new life.
I became a truck driver!!! (Read my Thriving On truckin' Chaos).
Also, some thirty years ago, I started writing, not only the twisted itinerary of my personal involvements (Read my Oddobiography). Quite a variety of my stuff is available to you: Future-fiction (Almighty Gord Of Antithesis), Psychodynamic satire (Case Studies of friggin' Creativity), horror (Facets Of Fogs), socio-economics (Fat Pickins, also, The New Survival Resources),erotica.
As well as reality, imagination's scope is so much the essence of life's fascination. Hope something of such an enthralling experience of life as mine will be of interest to you, the reader.
