Patrick L. Deu Pree

In 1996 Patrick L. Deu Pree had a vision. He was in Chinatown, Los Angeles and he heard a song, The Moon Represents My Heart by Teresa Teng. He had a vision of martial arts battles, explosions and fantastic battle scenes, and of a deep romance. He bought the cassette tape and that night he began writing his first novel, Kshatriya, the Legend of Nathaniel J. Smith. One book followed after another, he has never quit. Patrick is experienced in martial arts and brings that experience to the intense fight scenes in his novels. He has written sixteen novels and four non fiction works. His other passion is working out and he trains in his garage gym and at other gyms in the LA area. below are a couple of reviews on one of his books, Apocalypse Dawn.

Hey Pat, I'm over halfway done with "Apocalypse Dawn". Wow, it's a great story, the characters are awesome and I'm having trouble putting it down. I think it's just as good or better than "The Angel and the Hitman" which Sherry and I loved. Good job, keep it up.

Sometimes you have to take a chance on a new author. Pat is a prolific writer and puts a lot of heart into his work. Apocalypse Dawn is one of those works that needs to be read. Pat grew up in the 60's when Vietnam was a common household word. At the time his young writing skills were being honed on short comic books with lots of action. Nowadays he has taken those early skills and worked them into prolific stories about bad guys vs good guys and of course Vietnam. Pick up a copy you wont be disappointed, Apocalypse Dawn by Pat Deu Pree.
