David MacDowell Blue

David MacDowell Blue (born 1959) hails from San Francisco but was raised in the Deep South. Later he attended the National Shakespeare Academy in NYC. Wrote plays for a long time, many of them produced, before moving to LA to try his hand at screenwriting. Film industry realities pushed him back towards prose. These days he writes regularly for an online magazine about vampires, edits others' work, while continuing his own books including two upcoming novels!
