Ashley Kalym

Ashley Kalym is a Personal Trainer and Author who has a long and varied training history. He has spent time playing Rugby at a high level, spent time training in the Royal Marines, and now enjoys pursuing, learning, and writing about fitness and strength training. He is the author of many books on exercise and fitness, including Complete Calisthenics, and Bulletproof Bodies.
