Now as for my bio, sometimes readers like to know a little about authors. Why they write? What inspires them? Who they are? The first two questions are easy. I write because it's a way to turn elusive concepts into reality. Not only can all of the 'what ifs' be answered (if I decide to) but I get to choose the ending. In real life, we don't always have control over our world. Through my works I do. I can go anywhere, do anything I want. Of course the journey can be fun, exhausting, stressful, tedious, etc., but it's worth the effort once I reach my final destination. As for what inspires me? Everything! Whether good or bad, there's a story to be told. If I find that story, and it strikes the right chord, I tell it.

As for who I am. Well, I'm many things. I presently own a property management company. Before that, I was in real estate and before that I worked in construction for several years. I have been a steno-typist, law enforcement officer, store clerk, medical insurance coder. Oh the tales I could tell about those jobs... but I won't. I reside in sunny South Carolina with my husband, dogs, chickens, Lucian (the goose) and Wanda (the mallard). I enjoy all the benefits that go with the land of flowers, water, warm weather and creatures galore. It's a great place to let the imagination run wild.
