Jake Woland is a landscape architect focused on creative problem-solving in the urban context. He has worked on multidisciplinary teams in New York City and Seattle planning and designing parks, cemeteries, mixed use developments, transit facilities and zoos. He got involved in teaching and writing about site engineering as an assistant professor at Rutgers University. Jake has degrees in Geological Sciences from Tufts University (BSc ’95) and Landscape Architecture from University of Washington (MLA ’99).
