William Rosado Ocasio

William Rosado-Ocasio was born in Bayamón, Puerto Rico. He graduated from The University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, were he finish his Bachelor Degree in Humanities: a major in History of America and Comparative Literature and a master degree in history.
