How did Otton get into the real estate business?

Otton has always been a go-getter. When he was younger, he would work odd jobs after school to make money. He was never content with just having a job; he always wanted to be his own boss. Otton started flipping houses in the late 1980’s as was a permanent player during the “Saving and loans” bailout in Texas which included securing Government contracts to buy, fix up, and sell it for a profit in many cases carrying the finance himself.
