I have been studying the Peninsular War for nearly forty years specialising in the campaigns involving the British Army. My first book, 'The Fatal Hill' was on the campaign culminating in the battle of Albuera. This is available from Amazon. My Book 'Wellington's Engineers' about the Royal Engineers during the Peninsular war was published in 2015.

'Wellington's Favourite Engineer' on the Napoleonic services of Field Marshal John Burgoyne was published in 2020.
