When Kristine was young, her happy place was under the dining room table with a book. She'd be kicked out for family meals, occasionally, but most days she would spend many happy hours under the table with her latest bookstore treasure. Under that table she traveled through space, fought battles, rode dragons, and solved mysteries.

She hand wrote many stories, but never thought she could be published. It wasn't until a coworker brought her to a meeting of their local chapter of Romance Writers of America where she met several bestselling authors, that she could one day herself write books that people would want to read.
