Randall Mitchell

Randall Mitchell, born September 9, 1989, in the heart of Oakland, California, began his novel writing at the age of 17 years old. Being incarcerated for resisting arrest, (after calling the police 'pigs' and describing to them every foul thing the pig does and is,) he began to read multiple urban fiction books and became inspired to write his own. "Coldest Winter Ever" was a title by Sista Souljah that he really admired, followed by "Life" by Leo Sullivan. After the reading of those two books, he began his very own in his enclosed cell. Five years later, he self-published his very own urban fiction title, "Street Priest: The Alpha."
