Born in Eureka, CA, Sharon Porter Moxley is a retired, award-winning school psychologist. Among the Silent Giants is written with Susan Dregéy, former editor and feature writer. So far, this quirky, funny-sad memoir has won 3 independent book awards in 2013: Los Angeles Book Festival, SF Book Festival, and Indie Excellence Book Awards.
