Jeff Procter-Murphy

The Rev. Jeff Procter-Murphy is lead pastor of Dayspring United Methodist Church, Tempe, Arizona (dayspring-umc.org) and co-creator of the "Living the Questions" (livingthequestions.com) DVD curriculum for progressive Christians. His book, "Living the Questions: The Wisdom of Progressive Christianity" was co-authored by Rev. David Felten and published by HarperOne in 2012. Jeff is a founding member of No Longer Silent: Clergy for Justice (nolongersilent.org) advocating for the inclusion of gay, lesbian, bisexual and transgender persons in the full life of church and society. He was a founding board member of Family Promise, an organization that networks faith communities to provide shelter and meals to homeless families. He has previously served churches in Mesa, Phoenix and Scottsdale.
