Alex Flaxman

Emergency Medicine residency-trained at Beth Israel Medical Center in Manhattan, New York City. Intensive Care fellowship-trained at the R Adams Cowley Shock Trauma Center at the University of Maryland. Dr. Flaxman now splits time between his outpatient office in Cherry Hill, NJ, working as an intensivist at Orange Park Medical Center, Orange Park, FL, and working on medical informatics projects.
