Ney Grant

Ney Grant was told by his entrepreneurship professor in business school that he should go get a job. He didn't. He started a company, grew it and sold it to a public company, then started another one where he bought 11 companies in 18 months. That was 15 years ago and he has never stopped doing deals, both buying and selling companies.

Because he "backed into" the M&A Advisory profession by first selling his own mid-size companies, he has a unique prospective on how to sell a mid-size business.
