David E. Stevens

Dr. David E. Stevens is a pastor, theologian, and missionary presently involved in pastoral training in Europe and Africa. David is a graduate of Dallas Theological Seminary (Th.M., 1982) and of the Faculté Libre de Théologie Evangélique (Th.D. 1999) near Paris, France. He as pastored churches in Texas, Oregon, and Belgium and fifteen years served in leadership development among the Protestant and Evangelical churches of France.
