Alice Alech's knowledge of olive oil started when she moved to the South of France. Discovering olive oil as the central theme for Mediterranean traditional cooking inspired her to learn more about the wonderful world of extra virgin. She has written several features on olive oil production in France and continues to develop her passion for this healthy natural juice.
