Nigel James

Nigel James is a seasoned Leadership Development professional and Career Specialist. He is also an enthusiastic orchestral musician. He is married to Vicki with three grown-up daughters who are all a constant source of provocation and inspiration. Nigel has been designing and delivering innovative people development solutions for over 25 years.

He is a Baby Boomer, born and raised in a Welsh mining village. Like many from this heritage he harbours a passion for life-long learning. He was also in on the birth of personal computing and maintains an enduring curiosity about how the technology can be effectively harnessed for the benefit of its users and mankind as a whole.

He has worked throughout the UK and internationally and has successfully delivered programmes to many large organisations in the private, public and voluntary sectors with some of the top world-wide brands includingRolls-Royce, BMW, Lloyds Bank, Prudential insurance, John Deere, Porsche, Zanussi, Bosch, as well as public sector organisations, several government departments the Welsh Assembly Government and various Local Authorities. In contrast he has worked for the Prince's Charities mentoring individual micro business start-ups.

In response to popular demand he has begun to share some of his experiences and observations by publishing them.
