Gary Combs

Gary Combs currently serves with International Cooperating Ministries (ICM) as Director of the Mini Bible College. He served in the U. S. Army following graduation from West Point in 1975. From there, He moved through several positions in industry, which included owning his own business before holding senior executive roles in other corporations. Upon completion of his studies under the University of Dubuque Theological Seminary’s Lay Pastor Program, and he was called to serve as Pastor for a small congregation located in Norfolk, Virginia, and as Interim Associate Pastor for a large congregation in

Virginia Beach, Virginia. Gary has been recognized in the publication of Outstanding Young Men of America, 1982 and 1986, and in the American Registry of Outstanding Professionals, 2005-2006. Gary and his wife, Joni, live in Virginia Beach, Virginia.
