Besides her many books and academic articles, she has written for Christianity Today, Faith Today, and Bible Study Magazine. She is working on commentaries on the Minor Prophets, Hosea, Ezekiel, and John's Gospel.

Born in Pordenone, Italy, Beth grew up in Austin, TX. She has spent much of her adult life in Canada where she lives with her husband, Jon, and their two adorable kids. Beth is Professor of Old Testament at Ambrose University in Calgary, Alberta, Canada.

Beth is passionate about biblical justice. She works as a Research Associate with the Canadian Poverty Institute, examining poverty from a biblical lens.
