Thana Niveau

Thana Niveau is a horror and science fiction writer. Her story collections include Octoberland, From Hell to Eternity and Unquiet Waters. Novels include The House of Frozen Screams. She has been nominated three times for the British Fantasy award – for Octoberland, From Hell to Eternity, and for her story “Death Walks En Pointe”.

Her work has been reprinted in numerous volumes of The Mammoth Book of Best New Horror, Best Horror of the Year, and Best British Horror. Other appearances include: Whispers in the Dark; Interzone; Black Static; Darker Companions: a tribute to Ramsey Campbell; Great British Horror 3: For Those in Peril; The Lovecraft Squad series; Zombie Apocalypse: Endgame!; Steampunk Cthulhu; the Terror Tales series; and The Black Book of Horror series, among many others.

She shares her life with fellow horror scribe John Llewellyn Probert, in a crumbling gothic tower filled with arcane books and AI art. And toy dinosaurs.
