As founder of Teaching the Word Ministries, Keith enjoys serving as a consultant/coach/mentor to Christian leaders in business, congregations, church networks, and non-profits. He's partnered and networked with Christian leaders for over 30 years.

Keith writes about principles he's gleaned from years of Biblical research and practical experience. The Christ-centered principles he teaches have transformed businesses and ministries. He's seen Christ mature leaders from a level of "striving to succeed" in different aspects of leadership, to becoming healthy, growing, solid forces in God's Kingdom. To summarize what God has developed in his ministry, we could use three words: Presence-Based Leadership. This is where all aspects of his leadership--purpose, vision, influence, discernment, and authority, are sourced from Christ, centered on Christ, and administered from a place of sensitivity and submission to the presence and direction of Christ.
