Alina Bas

Dr. Alina Bas, PCC, is an Executive Coach and Strategy Consultant with over 15 years of experience coaching leaders on making strategic high-stakes decisions under uncertainty. She is also an Adjunct Professor of Industrial/Organizational Psychology at NYU’s Graduate School of Arts and Science. Dr. Bas designs and facilitates corporate workshops on embodied leadership, decision-making under uncertainty, and influence. Her clients include leaders at Google, Meta, Amazon, Microsoft, Citigroup, Credit Suisse, and other leading institutions in healthcare, government, and higher education. Dr. Alina Bas has presented in front of audiences at the Academy of Management, U.S. Army War College, Google, Facebook, MIT Sloan, and Garrison Institute. She holds a PhD in Strategy from the University of Strathclyde Business School, MA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from NYU, and a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from ICF.
