Janet McCabe

I am Jane M McCabe, a lady who has been writing and painting her entire life. I also have taught my entire life in many different school and people of all ages. When I worked as a children's center teacher for the San Francisco Unified School District I often read books to the children and began writing and illustrating my own stories. I wrote The Remarkable Story of the Very First Flower and published a crude black and white copy. Years later I did the full-color illustrations you will see if you look at the Kindle version.

After getting my Master's degree in painting from the San Francisco Art Institute I traveled to the Middle East with my mother (in 1974) and then spent three years studying theology at Luther Seminary in St. Paul, Minnesota. I developed an interest in Islam them. After an extensive study of the Quran I wrote Revelation! The Single Story of Divine Prophecy to Abraham and His Descendants--the Jews, Christians & Muslims. I have published Revelation with Xlibris and on Kindle.

After living and teaching in New York City for 24 years in 2007 I returned to the West (I am a native of Montana)and now live in Taft, California, with my dachshund Sadie. I write book review for the Neworldreview, for the local newspaper, and teach art classes at Taft College.
