She started Giana Consulting in the fall of 2010, to bring understanding, tools, and inspiration to individuals and organizations that are seeking to lead through change to growth.

Since then she's become an award winning leadership blogger, co-authored leadership books and been recognized on Inc.’s list of 100 Great Leadership Speakers.

Chery currently lives outside of her comfort zone in a land she once said she never wanted to visit, embracing daily opportunities to meet and learn from people that represent the nations in our world.
