Stanley Breeden

Stan is recognized as one of Australia's pioneering nature photographers and writers. He is the author of some 20 natural history books, and has been published in the world's leading natural history magazines. He is a double Emmy-award winning documentary film-maker and writer, having worked in both Australia and India for National Geographic. After retiring from film photography, he embraced the digital realm with gusto, winning additional awards for photography and writing with his wife, Kaisa.

Together Stan & Kaisa produce fantastically clear and detailed views of nature's realms, using their pioneering new techniques involving focus stacking combined with HDR and macro panorama photography. As a result, many of the subjects they depict are composed of five, and up to 25 or more photographs.
