Sal Monastero

Sal Monastero is a leadership and strategy consultant. He currently is an adjunct professor of strategy for the American College and a frequent guest speaker at corporate training sessions. Mr. Monastero learned to be a leader during a forty year career with Morgan Stanley. He was a Managing Director and regional manager in the middle Atlantic area and retired in 2009. His frequent guest speaking assignments have been a valuable means for him to share the experiences and lessons in his book, Winning at Leadership. His book has been received positively by business executives, sales leaders, ministers and educators. He looks forward to sharing both his failures and successes with his readers and seminar participants with the hope that they will benefit from his experiences.
