Terri L. Powers

Hi, my name is Terri L. Powers. I am the author of the Flashback thriller series. Born in Michigan, I enjoy researching the Seattle, Washington area where my mystery thrillers are based. Flashback to the Dragon is my first novel. It is a thriller with a paranormal twist to keep things interesting.

When I'm not writing, I fully enjoy my family; a husband who is so patient and supportive, and a daughter who is the sunshine of my life. I really am obsessed with reading which would take up all my time but I do get out for walks and will hit a golf ball around a course if I'm in the mood and the weather is perfect.

When writing the first Flashback story, I researched the Seattle area. I spent over a year reading maps, police reports, area ghost stories, historical facts, Puget Sound depth charts, and government staffing plans and annual reports. My hope is to travel to the beautiful city of Seattle and research it properly, but until then I'll travel through that great city via my writing.

I hope you enjoy my first book, Flashback to the Dragon, enough to buy the next book in the series, Flashback to the Mosquito (and no the main character does not run around with mosquito netting and a can of repellent in his hand).
