Bill Branson

Bill Branson helps business leaders and their staff gain clarity about the organizations they work for, where they are taking it, and build cohesive leadership teams that successfully guide the execution of all the work to be done to get there.

He has over 30 years experience diagnosing, optimizing and tuning systems including automotive, computer, network, enterprise architecture, and business processes - for the last 10 years in particular, he works with the most complex system of all: the systems of people we call teams.

Bill is a popular industry speaker and former instructor at the UW extension program teaching computer and networking technology.

Prior to forming his own company Bill worked in a variety of technical and leadership positions at Russell Investments, Syntex USA, Wang laboratories, and IBM.
