I am the contented pet of two adorable kitties...they even let me include them every now and then in some of my stories. I also live with my fellow author, mother, best friend, and sometimes collaborator, L.J. Holmes.

I am the stunned winner of a top ten award in the 2011 Preditors and Editors Poll for my debut novel THE LIGHTHOUSE, and equally stunned nominee of the 2011 P.E.A.R.L. award for the same book.

When I was a girl I found the magic within the covers of books...now that I am part of that world, bringing my visions of magic to the publishing world, I feel like I have stepped into a dream and come out all the richer for it.
