By following and implementing as many of the phases in the pyramid as possible your wellness journey will be rewarding. Kyle follows this program and is 53 years old chronologically but his real age in a biological sense is 23.
Chronological age is nothing, it's the biological age that is your real age. We can all be biologically young at any age - don't let your age determine your future.
