I've always held the goal of writing the kind of fun stories in the paranormal/fantasy/sci-fi realms, involving characters who just happen to be gay/bi/trans, that I would have enjoyed reading during my high school years.

That doesn't mean I will shy away from the harder truths of life in today's world, but I try to keep a more light-hearted approach by highlighting the positive and minimizing the angst.
