Our higher minds shift us through billions of parallel realities every second and each reality is a static image. Our higher mind chooses the next static image every billionth of a second. Each time we shift we move to another reality so choose your next one hundred billionths of a seconds with love and shift to the reality you prefer.

I am constantly shifting and changing and I'm not the same person I was a billionth of a second ago. Neither are you.
