Jorge Salgado-Reyes is a science fiction author and private investigator with a penchant for the gritty, neon-soaked worlds of cyberpunk and technoir. Holding a BA (Honours) in English Literature and Creative Writing, Jorge bridges the gap between academic craft and the hard-boiled reality of investigative work. He is currently at work on his latest novel, The Smoke in Death’s Eye, an ambitious project that explores the intersections of technology and mortality. When not weaving complex narratives or conducting professional inquiries, he can be found exploring the frontiers of local AI or capturing the world through a camera lens, specializing in everything from vast landscapes to the celestial details of the night sky.
