Melyssa Williams

Melyssa Williams was a homeschooler back in the day. She spent a lot of time reading and writing, sometimes in a tree. With pet chickens. Now she stays out of trees, but still reads and writes. There are three smallfry in her house that refer to her as Mom, and keeping in tradition, she homeschools them by putting them trees with a good book. Shadows Gray is the first in a trilogy, with Shadows Falling being the second, and Shadows Lost ending the saga. Melyssa is also the author a steampunk retelling of the Nutcracker, entitled Once Upon A Winter, and also a compilation of short stories: The Alarming Side Effect of Books.
