Suzanne Mathis McQueen

Suzanne has been an author and indie publisher since 2009, and is the founder of a new nonprofit, Connect with Nature, Inc. 🐝😊🌳 A new website is currently under construction to combine her offerings. Stay tuned!

It all began with her flagship book for women and couples, "4 Seasons in 4 Weeks" (4s4w). This groundbreaking work introduces the female hormonal sequence as an approximate 28-day clock - a monthly body rhythm not formally acknowledged as such. She blends her unique cycle-tracking method with women’s history, sacred geometry, and sexuality. A strong focus of McQueen’s work rests on restoring balance between the Masculine and Feminine influences for health and well-being.

During the pandemic, she wrote three children’s books that help families explore how our bodies move in rhythm with nature, and why that connection matters for health and happiness.

Currently, Suzanne is writing "Moon Camp," an 8-book series for adolescents that turns the 4s4w framework into an empowering, age-appropriate adventure in self-care and personal empowerment. She lives in the Pacific Northwest.
